Private, with driver

Eight days in Morocco with a private car and driver: Marrakech, the kasbahs of Ait Benhaddou and Ouarzazate, a night in a tented camp among the dunes of Merzouga, the medina of Fez and the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca. The price includes the international flight, 4- and 5-star hotels, the desert camp, the entrance fees in the programme and insurance.

Why it is unique

Morocco at its most varied in one week: the palaces and gardens of Marrakech, the mud kasbahs on the road over the Atlas, sunset and sunrise among the dunes of Erg Chebbi, the medieval medina of Fez with its tanneries and the Hassan II Mosque on the ocean.

When to go

Spring and autumn are the best times, from March to May and from September to November. In July and August the desert goes above 40 degrees; in winter the days are fine but nights in the desert are cold.

What the trip is like

A private trip, just for you, in an air-conditioned car with a driver. An English-speaking guide accompanies you in Marrakech and Casablanca. You stay in 4- and 5-star hotels, such as the Adam Park in Marrakech, the Karam Palace in Ouarzazate, the Volubilis in Fez and the Kenzi Basma in Casablanca, or similar, and one night at the Jannat Luxury Camp in the desert.

Good to know

The days towards the desert and from Merzouga to Fez are long, eight or nine hours on the road with stops. In Fez and on the road you are with your driver: a local guide in Fez can be added on request. Breakfast every day and a Berber dinner at the camp are included; other meals are free. Italian citizens enter Morocco without a visa, with a passport. The “from” price is for 2 or 3 people; for 4 or 5 the price per person falls by more than €500.
