Your trips
Tap the heart on a trip to save it here: you’ll find them when you come back, and you can ask us for one quote covering them all.
When to pay, which methods you can use, which documents you receive and what happens with late payments or refunds. Prices are always in euro, and your contract is governed by Italian law and the EU rules on package travel.
An example: a €8,000 trip for two
If you book less than 30 days before departure, the balance is due straight after the deposit.
Just two moments, set out in the proposal and the contract.
Quote and proposal
You receive the itinerary with the accommodation, the total price and the terms. You can ask for as many changes as you like.
On confirmation
You accept the proposal online and pay within 3 days, by card or bank transfer.
30 days before departure
By instant transfer. Two weeks before, we remind you of the amount and due date.
Before you go
Contract, receipts and travel pack are in the “My trip” area and in the app.
The price is the same whichever way you pay: no card surcharges, no hidden costs.
Deposit only
You pay on a secure Stripe page, confirmed by your bank. Your card details never pass through our servers.
For the deposit and the balance
It arrives in seconds and costs the same as a standard transfer. Before sending, your bank checks that the account holder’s name matches the IBAN.
Payment reference: booking code, instalment and surname, for example “WW-2027-0002 saldo Rossi”. You’ll find it ready-written in the “My trip” area.
The trip is paid in two instalments. After accepting the proposal online you pay a 30% deposit of the total price within 3 days; the balance, i.e. the remaining 70%, is due 30 days before departure. Amounts and due dates in euros are set out in the proposal and the contract, and you can always find them in the “My trip” area.
The balance never falls due earlier than 3 days after acceptance: if you accept when departure is less than 30 days away, deposit and balance are both due within 3 days of acceptance, and in any case before you travel. Quotes and proposals are free of charge.
You can pay the deposit from the “My trip” area with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment takes place on the secure page of Stripe, the payment service we use: you enter your card details there and they do not pass through our servers. Your bank may ask you to confirm in its app or with a code: this is the strong customer authentication required by European payment rules.
Paying by card involves no extra charge: the price is the same whatever method you use, as the law also requires (art. 62 of the Italian Consumer Code). Cards can be used for the deposit only; the balance is paid by bank transfer.
Bank transfer can be used for the deposit and is the only method for the balance. If your bank allows it, use an instant transfer: it arrives within seconds and, under European rules, cannot cost more than a standard transfer. Account holder: Trinova S.r.l.s.; IBAN: as shown in your proposal; reference: booking code, instalment and surname, already filled in for you in the area together with a QR code you can scan with your banking app.
After sending it you can press “I’ve made the transfer” in the area: this tells us to check. The payment is recorded once the amount is credited to our account, usually within one working day for standard transfers. Before sending, your bank checks that the account holder’s name matches the IBAN. We only give you our bank details in the proposal and in the “My trip” area, and we never change them by email: if you receive different details, or your bank warns you that the name does not match, do not pay and call us on +39 348 474 3025.
For every payment you receive a receipt by email, which you will also find in the “My trip” area. The receipt confirms that we have received the money, but it is not a tax document.
The invoice is issued once payment is complete, or at the latest at the start of the trip, by our accountant on our behalf, under the special VAT scheme for travel agencies (art. 74-ter of Presidential Decree 633/1972): this is why VAT is not shown as a separate item. We address it using the details you enter when accepting the proposal, i.e. tax code and address, or company name, VAT number and recipient code or certified email; if you need to correct them you can do so in the area until the balance is paid.
Before the balance falls due we send you automatic email reminders, about two weeks before, in the final week and on the day itself; for the deposit, we get back in touch if it has not been paid. If a payment does not arrive on time we write to you and give you a further 5 days. If payment is still missing after that, we may terminate the contract and apply the cancellation charges set out in the general terms and conditions (points 8 and 11), as if you had cancelled.
If you already know that a due date will be a problem, tell us beforehand: where possible we will find a solution, but it applies only once we confirm it in writing.
When you are owed a refund, for example because we cancel the trip, because you cancel free of charge owing to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, because you do not accept a significant change, or for anything you paid beyond the cancellation charge, we refund the amount due within 14 days, as required by the Italian Tourism Code (arts. 40 and 41).
The refund follows the method used to pay: it goes back to the card for the part paid by card and, for the rest, by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us, which we confirm with you by phone. If you cancel for a personal reason you pay the charges in the contract; if the reason is covered by the cancellation insurance, the insurer reimburses them under the terms of the policy.

Every Weltweg trip is a package holiday. If the organiser could no longer operate, the guarantee refunds what you’ve paid and, if you’re already travelling, brings you home.
